Jutta started her career as a civil, labour and administration lawyer in Germany, and then went on to gain 20 years’ experience in the staffing and resourcing sector. In 2003 she joined a healthcare resourcing specialist as Central Services Manager for HR, Finance and Legal, which in 2007 it was acquired by a quoted global Clinical Research Organisation. Within the stringent legal and regulatory environment of a large public company, Jutta subsequently played a key role in the incorporation of branches in Switzerland and Italy and to Austria.

With her strong legal background (she is qualified to work as a lawyer, prosecutor and judge), Jutta has an analytical approach, and can identify issues and solve problems successfully in different jurisdictions and cultures.  She is self-motivated and open-minded, and works independently with an entrepeneurial outlook and a mediatory style.  Her ability to listen combined with her extensive experience enables her to create bespoke solutions to address specific problems and situations.
